Fabergé Museum, St. Petersburg, Russia
The privately owned Fabergé Museum, housed in the magnificent Shuvalov Palace in St. Petersburg, is dedicated to the artworks of jeweller Peter Carl Fabergé, the most notable of which are nine of the renowned Imperial Easter Eggs. The Museum houses the celebrated Link of Times Foundation’s collection owned by Viktor Vekselberg and assembled over a 10 year period.
The Palace, one of the most beautiful buildings in St. Petersburg, has been fully restored and adapted for modern use and freestanding Panelock Gallery Display System 200 units have been purchased to provide secure, flexible and robust display walls in the ground floor galleries to accommodate visiting exhibitions from other museums. These units have been designed to compliment both Palace and Collections and to give many years of reliable service.
